
Dr. Troy Watson, MD, FAAFP
Dr. Troy Watson began his career as a medic in the United States Navy and has spent more than 30 years in the medical field. He graduated from the University of California at San Diego with a BS in Biochemistry and Cellular Biology. He attended medical school at the Universidad de Autonoma de Guadalajara, Mexico and at NY Medical College where he was valedictorian. He went on to complete a residency in Rural and Family Medicine at the University of New Mexico, the 2nd highest ranked program in the US. He is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Watson was raised in a rural community in Northeast Indiana and has spent the majority of his career serving rural populations throughout New Mexico and the Southwest. He is passionate about making a difference in the lives of his patients and highly values the community aspect of medicine. He enjoys spending time outdoors and is an avid mountain climber.
Roy Addington, DNP
Roy Addington has enjoyed caring for athletes, soldiers, children, their parents, and grandparents for over 20-years. He has been a Family Nurse Practitioner in family practice, emergency medicine and urgent care clinics from Kandahar to Leadville. His BSN '95) and MSN ('98) are from University of Northern Colorado. Patient access to high quality care motivated him to pursue his Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Colorado ('08). As an assistant professor at University of New Mexico, he was able to explore his philosophy of humane, accessible patient care with graduate nursing students in the nurse practitioner and nurse midwifery programs. When not focused on patient care, Dr. Addington is exploring the world around him with the love of his life.
Robyn Holley, MSN, CRNP
Robyn Holley is a nurse practitioner who is board certified in family practice. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University Suma Cum Laude with a Masters in Nursing in 2003 and has over 30 years of nursing experience. Robynâs diverse nursing background includes critical care, emergency medicine, as well as hospital management. As a nurse practitioner, her experience encompasses family practice, internal medicine, and healthcare for the homeless. She was also employed as adjunct faculty at Stevenson University in Stevenson, Maryland and Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing in Baltimore. Robyn moved to Santa Fe with her partner in 2013 to enjoy the blue skies, majestic mountains, and wide open vistas.
Rana Russell, FNP
Rana Russell is a family nurse practitioner who has practiced in New Mexico since 2012. She graduated with her BSN from the University of Oklahoma and her MSN/FNP from the University of Texas and has more than 31 years of nursing experience. Rana is committed to her northern NM community and has been the Medical Director for the Taos SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) program since the Fall of 2013. When she's not working, Rana is skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or playing pickleball.
Kellie Morton, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Kellie Morton has practiced in acute care since 2018. Prior to that she practiced as an RN with 8 years of experience in hematology/oncology and neuro/trauma intensive care. She recently moved to New Mexico from Kansas City, MO. In her spare time she enjoys spoiling her dog, hiking, fishing, reading, gardening, and baking.
