No insurance? Railyard Urgent Care offers simple, direct-care pricing. Starting at $135, we treat a wide variety of injuries and illnesses at fixed rates.

We currently have three levels of care. Pricing may vary depending on the severity of injury or examination. Every care level includes medical history, an examination, vital signs, and take-home instructions.


CARE LEVEL 1 – $160*

And only $50 for each re-check within 7 days of the initial visit.
Includes Level 1 visit, plus instant lab tests for conditions and services such as:

  • Bladder Infection
  • Diarrhea
  • Ear Infection
  • Flu, Cold, Fever or Fatigue
  • Insect Bites or Stings
  • Joint Pain
  • Minor Allergic Reaction
  • Sinus Infection
  • Skin Infection
  • Strep or Sore Throat
  • Rapid COVID-19 & Antibody Testing
  • Minor Burns
  • Nail Infection or Fungus
  • Nausea
  • Pink Eye or Stye
  • Pregnancy Test
  • Rash or Poison Ivy
  • Scrapes or Abrasions
  • Swollen Glands
  • Tonsillitis
  • Upper Respiratory Infection

CARE LEVEL 2 – $220*

And only $100 for each re-check within 7 days of the initial visit.
Includes Level 1 treatment, plus additional diagnostics or services such as:

  • Asthma
  • Venipuncture
  • Bronchitis
  • Burn with Tissue Removal
  • Ear Wax Removal
  • Nebulizer or Breathing TreatmentsĀ 
  • Neurological Exam
  • EKG
  • Head ContusionĀ 
  • Injection AdministrationĀ 
  • Lower Respiratory Illness
  • Sprain or Strain
  • Single X-ray


CARE LEVEL 3 – $275*

And only $150 for each re-check within 7 days of the initial visit.
Includes Level 2 treatment, plus additional diagnostics or services such as:

  • Eye Rust Ring Drilling
  • Foreign Object Removal
  • Fracture of Finger, Toe or Ribs
  • Internal Exam
  • Hemorrhoid Excision
  • Multiple X-Rays
  • Simple Abscess Incision and Drainage
  • Single Layer Sutures (Stitches)
  • IV Fluids
  • Ingrown Toenail Excision

Disclaimer

*Labs, DME and/or ProficientRx not included. Tetanus Vaccine (TDAP) additional $65. Additional charges may apply due to complications or unforeseen circumstances, such as: complex procedures (like broken bones, dislocations or extensive lacerations), outside lab tests, vaccines, medications, injectables, physical therapy, supplies or equipment. Level of care is determined by Railyard Urgent Care.
